Weddings

At Pitt Meadows United Church we are honoured to be part of the commitment of marriage. The service may take place in our heritage church building that seats 90 or may take place elsewhere. We will strive to make your wedding service a memorable and joyous experience. You do not have to be a member of this or any church in order to be married here. While we offer a variety of styles such as traditional and contemporary, it is important to us that there be a meaningful spiritual aspect to the service. We celebrate love between consenting adults regardless of gender.

Booking your service

Pitt Meadows United Church is located in the little white church on the corner of Harris and Ford. The church building and adjacent hall belong to the Pitt Meadows Community Church Society and you can rent the church/hall directly by contacting the booking agent without any involvement of Pitt Meadows United Church.

When renting the church/hall, you can choose your own minister or officiant, as well as caterers.

The Pitt Meadows United Church minister is available to officiate a United Church of Canada service (e.g., wedding, memorial service) and must be booked separately. If you would like the minister to officiate, please be aware that they must have time prior to the service date to work with you and plan their service.
